rr3 Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rr3 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account on the rr3 platform accessible at rr3.lat and any associated subdomains or mirror sites operated by rr3.

1.2 rr3 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. The platform provides online casino games, live dealer games, slot games, crash games, and a sports betting sportsbook including cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC, and other sports markets.

1.3 By completing the rr3 registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with rr3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.4 These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. rr3 may update these Terms at any time as described in Section 13. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.5 rr3 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to any player at its absolute discretion where it deems such action necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, other players, or third parties.

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an rr3 account and access any real-money features of the platform, including casino games, sports betting, and bonus programmes. rr3 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement without exception.

2.2 Identity Verification: rr3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence. rr3 may suspend or restrict account activity pending completion of the verification process.

2.3 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.4 One Account Policy: Each individual may register only one rr3 account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by shared name, mobile number, CNIC, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitute a breach of these Terms. rr3 will close all duplicate accounts and may void balances and pending withdrawals associated with them.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permissible in your jurisdiction before registering with rr3. rr3 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in any specific country or region outside of rr3's licensed operational territories.

3.1 Login Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rr3 username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your rr3 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rr3 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. rr3 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account or to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

3.3 Account Currency: All rr3 accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits, bets, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by rr3.

3.4 Dormant Accounts: An rr3 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. rr3 will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number prior to any dormancy action. A monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 50 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance. Real-money balances are always recoverable upon account reactivation.

3.5 Account Closure by Player: You may request the closure of your rr3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times.

4.1 rr3 accepts deposits exclusively through verified payment methods listed on the platform. Currently accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All payment methods are denominated in PKR.

4.2 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on rr3 is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your rr3 account. rr3 may update minimum deposit thresholds from time to time.

4.3 Deposit Timing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your rr3 account within 1–3 minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are credited within 15–60 minutes during standard banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform traffic or national public holidays.

4.4 Payment Ownership: You warrant that all payment methods used to deposit funds into your rr3 account are registered in your own name. rr3 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits made via third-party payment accounts will be reversed and the associated rr3 account suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Deposit Limits: rr3 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at its discretion or at the request of the player as part of the responsible gaming framework. Players may also voluntarily set lower deposit limits via their account settings. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately; increasing a deposit limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility: You may only withdraw funds from your rr3 account after completing identity verification as described in Section 2.2. rr3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.3 Processing Times: rr3 targets the following withdrawal processing windows from the time of approval:

• JazzCash: 10–30 minutes
• EasyPaisa: 10–30 minutes
• HBL Bank Transfer: 1–4 hours
• UBL Bank Transfer: 1–4 hours
• Meezan Bank Transfer: 1–4 hours

5.4 Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make your most recent verified deposit. rr3 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts not previously used for a deposit, except in cases approved by the rr3 compliance team following a formal request.

5.5 Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full. Real-money balance and bonus balance are tracked separately in your rr3 account.

5.6 rr3 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 in a rolling 30-day period. These checks are conducted in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and do not indicate any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rr3 are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general bonus rules contained in this Section 6 apply.

6.2 Standard Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds carry a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

6.3 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse: rr3 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; wagering only on low-risk markets to fulfil wagering requirements; using bonus funds in a systematic manner designed to exploit promotional structures. rr3 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to close accounts where abuse is detected.

6.5 rr3 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonuses at the time of discontinuation will be permitted to complete their wagering requirements under the original terms where operationally feasible.

7.1 All casino games offered on rr3 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live physical equipment (for live dealer games) to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. RNG certifications are maintained in accordance with rr3's licensing obligations.

7.2 Payout Accuracy: rr3 systems calculate and credit game outcomes in real time. In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect payout, rr3 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake to the player's account. rr3 is not liable for malfunctions caused by the player's device, internet connection, or third-party software.

7.3 Sports Betting: Odds for all sports markets are set by rr3 and may change at any time before the bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are locked at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. rr3 reserves the right to cancel or void bets where odds were published in error or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

7.4 PSL and Cricket Markets: During PSL and international Pakistan cricket matches, rr3 may impose betting limits on specific markets to manage liability. These limits apply equally to all players and do not constitute discrimination against individual accounts.

7.5 Voided Bets: Bets may be voided by rr3 in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond 72 hours; data feed errors affecting odds or market calculations; or force majeure events. Voided bet stakes are returned to the player's account in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr3 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on rr3
• Using false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games
• Collusion with other players to fix game or sports betting outcomes
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds with the intent to gain an unfair advantage
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit into rr3 (money laundering)
• Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity (structuring)
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing rr3 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the rr3 platform
• Accessing rr3 from a jurisdiction where such access is explicitly prohibited by local law and where rr3 has implemented geographic restrictions

9.1 rr3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players on its platform. We provide a suite of tools that allow players to exercise control over their gambling behaviour directly from their account settings.

9.2 Available Controls: Players may set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits; single-session bet limits; session duration timers and reminders; cooling-off periods of between 24 hours and 6 months; and permanent self-exclusion.

9.3 Self-Exclusion: A player who activates self-exclusion will have their rr3 account restricted for the duration selected. rr3 will use reasonable endeavours to prevent any marketing communications being sent to self-excluded players. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

9.4 Underage Protection: rr3 uses industry-standard age verification processes and cooperates fully with investigations involving suspected underage gambling. Players are encouraged to utilise parental control software if devices are accessible to minors in their household.

10.1 rr3 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with rr3, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

10.2 rr3 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. rr3 may share your data with regulated third-party service providers involved in platform operation, payment processing, identity verification, and anti-fraud activities, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

10.3 rr3 may be required to disclose player data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units in accordance with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money laundering regulations and gaming licensing requirements.

11.1 rr3's total liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their rr3 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 rr3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of opportunity; reputational harm; or emotional distress.

11.3 rr3 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. rr3 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but excludes liability for any downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond rr3's reasonable control.

11.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that real-money gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit into your rr3 account. rr3 does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game or sports betting market.

12.1 rr3 may suspend or close a player's account at any time and without prior notice where rr3 reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms; has provided false information; has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; is subject to a self-exclusion order; or where continued operation of the account would create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for rr3.

12.2 Balance on Termination: If an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, rr3 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending a compliance review. Where the breach involves fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, or money laundering, rr3 may forfeit the balance in its entirety and report the matter to relevant authorities.

12.3 Where an account is closed by rr3 for reasons other than player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method within 10 business days.

13.1 rr3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via notification on the rr3 platform or by message to the player's registered mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

13.2 Continued use of the rr3 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure via rr3 support.

13.3 The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute or claim shall govern the resolution of that dispute.

14.1 These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which rr3 holds its international gaming licence.

14.2 In the event of a dispute arising between you and rr3, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting rr3 support at [email protected] and providing a detailed description of the issue. rr3 will investigate and respond to your complaint within 10 business days.

14.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in English under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's arbitration body, unless prohibited by applicable law.

14.4 Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute with rr3 must be brought on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in or bring any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against rr3.
